Late afternoon on December 23, 2024 our realtor called to tell us there was no heat in our vacant house near Oxford. We had sold the property recently but had not closed on the sale to the new owner. We were living in another state with no option to return to manage an assessment of the problem. CHR had serviced our HVAC system while we owned the house so we gave them a call. To our relief, staff indicated they could check the house that afternoon (a pleasant surprise so close to a holiday!). We learned a gas valve needed replacement and they placed an order immediately to obtain the new part. They made the repair the day after Christmas. Whew! Looking back, CHR always provided wonderful service, did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and dependable.

If you every have a air conditioner problem. I highly suggest this people. Bryant came out within a hour looked at my air unit. Had some guys in the next hour fixing it. Very good customer service, very good at getting the job done, and I recommended them to the highest. Very good Job!!

We had such a great experience. They were so quick to get out here on a holiday weekend and get it fixed for us. We are very appreciative.

Bryan, Wendell and Will arrived quickly and diagnosed the problems. A new unit was the answer and all work has been completed. I am completely happy with all work.

We called CHR for assistance with a broken faucet. Not only did they come to our house the same day to repair it, they were also able to repair another issue that they noticed. They were very professional and informative. They explained what they were going to do prior to doing it and also had me test everything for satisfaction before they left. We will be calling on them in the future if/when the need arises.

My HVAC unit quit working on a Sunday and I reached out to CHR after the company who had fixed the unit previously was unable to help. Brian was here within an hour, only to discover that the blower which had been replaced 9 months previously was bad. As it was still under warranty he told me the other company would have to replace it. It was replaced Monday afternoon and they then told me the compressor was bad and the unit would need to be replaced. I again reached out to CHR and Brian was over within an hour, as he said the compressor was fine the day before. He found a loose wire and fixed the problem. I will now be calling CHR for all my future heating/cooling needs.

CHR was a 10/10 experience! I’ll trust them with all of my business in the future. They communicated well, did what they said they would, and were polite on top of it all. Very satisfied!
