I was desperate for an electrical capacitor for a well water pump motor on a Saturday morning and no business open. While inquiring at Moore’s, Bryan overheard my dilemma and offered to check his service truck. He came back in with exactly what I needed and then told me where I could find needed fuses. He was literally a Godsend!
called on a sunday, they were there before noon that monday and had fixed my issue within an hour and cleaned my system. being a woman who was home alone at the time always makes things like this nerve wracking but they handled the problem quickly, professionally, and efficiently. i know nothing about this stuff but i called my dad to run the rates and services by him before they were performed and he said they sounded fair and honest. very thankful! definitely give them a call if your ac is down!
I have had them come out here a few times now and they are so polite and quick. Couldn’t ask for better service!
Late afternoon on December 23, 2024 our realtor called to tell us there was no heat in our vacant house near Oxford. We had sold the property recently but had not closed on the sale to the new owner. We were living in another state with no option to return to manage an assessment of the problem. CHR had serviced our HVAC system while we owned the house so we gave them a call. To our relief, staff indicated they could check the house that afternoon (a pleasant surprise so close to a holiday!). We learned a gas valve needed replacement and they placed an order immediately to obtain the new part. They made the repair the day after Christmas. Whew! Looking back, CHR always provided wonderful service, did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and dependable.

Not only did they show up at a time we know of no other business would to check on our heat pump that broke, but they also let us have couple of portable A/C units until they come back following day with the new unit. Highly recommend this professional, caring and honest business to all!!
This company did a stupendous job fixing my unit. Good deal, good people couldn’t be happier!!! I will be calling them if I have any air conditioner problems again!

Called @ 7:15am, Brian was here by 9am & diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Mr. Carter & helper were here by 4pm & replaced part. I will certainly use them in the future if needed! It is refreshing to find a company that puts their customers first.
A capacitor went on in my unit and Bryan was able to come on a very short notice to switch it out. He was very professional, polite, and informative. The cost was very affordable as well. It’s difficult finding a trustworthy business nowadays but CHR will always be my first and only call.
