I was desperate for an electrical capacitor for a well water pump motor on a Saturday morning and no business open. While inquiring at Moore’s, Bryan overheard my dilemma and offered to check his service truck. He came back in with exactly what I needed and then told me where I could find needed fuses. He was literally a Godsend!

James Thomas of CHR is our hero! Get this…he texted me at 7:20 pm saying he was still in Oxford and had 1 more stop in Ecru so he would be really late to our house in Tupelo. I told him to go get some rest and we could reschedule. His reply, “Well ma’am, I’d really like to get that A/C running for you tonight, if that’s okay.” He got to our house at 9:45pm and worked until 11:00pm after getting our den A/C up and cooling. This nearly 20 year old has grit and determination and superb communication and customer service. Ask for James Thomas at CHR. You will be happy you did! CHR, thank you!

Called @ 7:15am, Brian was here by 9am & diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Mr. Carter & helper were here by 4pm & replaced part. I will certainly use them in the future if needed! It is refreshing to find a company that puts their customers first.

These people are great. The technician came out one day , thought they fixed the ac, but was still having trouble so the owners actually came back two more times, until they finally found the problem and didn’t charge me for coming back. I would highly recommend them. Very professional great job guys!
