The August is a very hot month. In the mist of getting ready my hip surgery , 2 of my central air conditioners went out.days apart. However, with preparing for a hip surgery I had to have both of my units working. CHR cooling was life saver, got my ac fixed the same day. I could not ask for better service from Ms. Stacy to the AC worker Chris, he explained everything and had me up and running the same day. Just know I really appreciate their professional team. This a company who works hard for their customers.
Excellent and timely service. Knowledgeable crew went above and beyond normal repairs and cleaned up some wiring for me as well.
10/10 recommend!! They were helpful, responded quickly, communicated well, showed up on time, and were so nice and friendly! We will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends!

These people are amazing! We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and they came out in under an hour and had the pipe repaired. The gentle men that came out were very friendly and professional. I truly was surprised at how fortunate I was that CHR was able to respond. I would happily use them again for any service they were able to perform. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you have any HVAC or plumbing needs please do yourself a favor and give CHR a call.
Late afternoon on December 23, 2024 our realtor called to tell us there was no heat in our vacant house near Oxford. We had sold the property recently but had not closed on the sale to the new owner. We were living in another state with no option to return to manage an assessment of the problem. CHR had serviced our HVAC system while we owned the house so we gave them a call. To our relief, staff indicated they could check the house that afternoon (a pleasant surprise so close to a holiday!). We learned a gas valve needed replacement and they placed an order immediately to obtain the new part. They made the repair the day after Christmas. Whew! Looking back, CHR always provided wonderful service, did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and dependable.

called on a sunday, they were there before noon that monday and had fixed my issue within an hour and cleaned my system. being a woman who was home alone at the time always makes things like this nerve wracking but they handled the problem quickly, professionally, and efficiently. i know nothing about this stuff but i called my dad to run the rates and services by him before they were performed and he said they sounded fair and honest. very thankful! definitely give them a call if your ac is down!
I fully recommend CHR for air conditioning repair. I called on a Saturday morning and they were super polite and had the issue fixed by that afternoon. They kept me informed of when they were on the way to the house and were very professional and knowledgeable.
