When my heat pump started acting goofy, I did not hesitate to call CHR. A year or so ago, they worked on the heat pump and correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it and I had no doubt they would do the same. So, Brian and Wendell arrived when they said they would. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services. They’re nice guys and know what they’re doing.

My a/c unit quit this afternoon so I call CHR. Bryan said he would be by this afternoon but it would be later. Samira text and called and told me they was on the way. From the time I called unti they finished it was approximately 4 hours and my air is blowing cold again. Samira was extra nice and patient and Bryan was too and answered all my questions and told me step by step what he was doing and what he was going to do before he done it. I will be calling them again and I will recommend them to all my families and friends. Thanks CHR

We have always had the best experience with this company. Extremely prompt response time and very professional. They will educate you on your product/system and make sure all is in order before heading out. If we’ve ever had issues, they are just a phone call away and fit us in immediately. These guys were great! I had a hvac tech show up at 2:30 pm on a Friday only to tell me “sorry I don’t know how to do that”, well I called these guys after he left, explained I was hoping to get lucky after the last guy we’d been waiting 3 days for arrived and said he couldn’t do what we needed him to do, well these guys showed up same day, fixed my issue within a hour, and were very reasonable on the price. These are my now “go to” HVAC company when I need something done.

They were quick, effective and didn’t try to over charge me by just “replacing the unit”. They showed up quick after my call, stayed until the unit was running and made sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service

Not only did they show up at a time we know of no other business would to check on our heat pump that broke, but they also let us have couple of portable A/C units until they come back following day with the new unit. Highly recommend this professional, caring and honest business to all!!
