It was refreshing to have a service person come to you home and be so polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and showed me all the parts he replaced. They are definitely A+ in my book. I will definitely use them again.
My HVAC unit quit working on a Sunday and I reached out to CHR after the company who had fixed the unit previously was unable to help. Brian was here within an hour, only to discover that the blower which had been replaced 9 months previously was bad. As it was still under warranty he told me the other company would have to replace it. It was replaced Monday afternoon and they then told me the compressor was bad and the unit would need to be replaced. I again reached out to CHR and Brian was over within an hour, as he said the compressor was fine the day before. He found a loose wire and fixed the problem. I will now be calling CHR for all my future heating/cooling needs.
